In September 1999, wholly owned subsidiary, Shanghai Spinix Instrument Technology was established to dedicate in manufacturing and sales of speed sensors, liquid flow sensors and digital water meters. In 2002, joint venture, Shenyang HB-Spinix Sensor Technology was formed to design, manufacture and market electrical current, voltage and power sensors and related instruments.
